    On January 28, 2025 I purchased a Bally 150 cc scooter from tire Giants through their *************** ****** I got a 1350 loan and I paid $270 on the loan to get the bike. I have receipts emails and messages about how long would take for them to crate my bike for the freight line company to pick my bike up and have it shipped to me. They were supposed to send tracking information once the bike was picked up and I have yet to receive any tracking information, I cannot contactthem by phone email or messenger, which is how we have been communicating. *** contacted the finance company and trying to have them reach out to this business, but I dont feel I need to be paying on a loan a bike that I have not received. They said within seven days the bike would be picked up and 4 to 5 days before it was delivered. Its been 15 days and I havent heard anything from the Company, tire giants

    Order was placed on 12-19-2023 Approved financing for $2000 Never received the item ordered and have tried multiple times to contact Tire Giants via email, phone and voicemail. Have also contacted the leasing company UOwn and they aren't getting answers either.

    I was going to purchase an electric scooter. I had completed the financing with *********** ******* whom Tire Giants listened as financing provider. Within 24 hours of placing the order I cancelled it with Tire Giants. I have talked with *********** ******* they claim to have received the lease paperwork and order but no cancelation. I'm still being asked for payment and never got the scooter as I cancelled it. *********** isn't the problem they are aware and just need the cancel order to complete and close out. Tire Giants will not furnish anything and now will not return phone calls.
