  ILLIGAL Parking ticked and towing company tried to tow my vehicle!!! Just tried...no lucky guy ...
  The boss of this company is RUDE and ************. Company phone is **************** and he answered a phone call and dropped it after I requested "file a complain" to the company. 4/13/2024 at 9AM tried to tow my vehicle from **** ******** **** ****** ** *****.
  Very unprofessional and IN-TITLE person ! And I hope that the Government will pay attention and take care of that. My vehicle GREY HYUNDAI has permit, but permit was placed incorrectly BUT STILL FULLY VISIBLE on front right corner of glass. Philadelphia Parking Auth also saw the permit but for some reason decided to issue my $26 dollar ticked. I live there since 2018, registration of vehicle is up to date and my driver license have same address. Unfortunately I am not able to attach photo proof there but please NOTE if they tow your car there is no any way to avoid payment. Even if they tow it by mistake. They know it and it is a LOOPHOLE of system, in any case they are not responsible for anything! I will continue file a complains. It is unfair situation I feel very disappointed and had stress all day. I HAD AND HAVE VISIBLE PERMIT, and what makes my angry that EVERYONE SAW IT !!! I have at lease 10 witnesses !

  I would leave zero stars if that was an option. This company is a predatory tow company and the owner is a disrespectful *******. He was double parked around opening time across the street from the yard and was upset that I was parked with my boyfriend outside the lot to retrieve my car. He was cursing at me because I was idling outside the closed and locked up tow lot. The tire shop attendant next door told me I could park and wait for the tow lot to open in the exact spot we were waiting… The owner shouted from his car from across the street “If you don’t move your ******** car, you’re not getting your car from my lot”. Absolutely unnecessary and derogatory language and incredibly disrespectful. The audacity to speak to people like that- the same people his corrupt business takes advantage of and makes money from. Bad enough his company operates in a shady manner, he even verbally abuses the people coming to retrieve and pay for their cars also?! Incredible. These kinds of people ruin the city. This company works with the PPA to ensure a ticket is issued for your “illegally parked car”. Once a ticket is issued it’s handed to the tow driver and from there they immediately tow your car. When I picked up my car the attendant had a stack of towing slips paired with the corresponding PPA parking tickets… As people show up to retrieve their cars the towing company attendant hands you your PPA ticket along with your corresponding tow slip… I never saw a ticket on my car, I just woke up to it missing. I have parked in the place I was parked many times before, and have never had this happen. The only thing that has changed is that Angelina’s got a contract for the store near where I was parked starting last week. My car wasn’t illegally parked either. The ticket never touched my car. The PPA ticket and the tow slip have the same time written on them…. 2:31 AM … how could that even be possible, if they weren’t actually working together

  If I could give 0 stars I would! They illegally tow cars and damage them. Also they threaten my family with their dogs because we said we were calling the police because they damaged the vehicle.
