    HORRIBLE! Driver pretty much did not speak English. Communication was pretty bad in pinpointing the **** After deciphering our conversation I was left wondering. Am I supposed to go meet him? I didn't really know what was going on so I contacted my neighbor and we drove up the street where I thought he might be. Sure enough, there he is in a lane of traffic unloading my car.! Then, the battery was dead. His charger did not work even though he said it was "very good." We finally had him put the car back up on the trailer and move into the parking lot where my neighbor connected his charger and it started right up.Then it came time to pay the driver. I brought my **** and also a check because I did not know what he accepted for payment. He said he accepted Zelle (which I do not have). I told him I have Vrnmo though. Then he got on the phone with his boss "*************". They are going back and forth in their language and then the driver put him on speaker phone with me. He (****) told me to look up His phone number in venmo and pay him through that. I looked it up and it did not exist. Then they told me to look him up by his name. And I saw it. I tried to submit $900 to him through venmo. I got a message on venmo saying that he needed to check his bank account for 2 small deposits that they put in to it. And then he was supposed to tell me those 2 amounts. So I could enter it in on my end and then verify it. Long story short, he is screaming at me on the phone telling me I don't know what I'm talking about and basically accusing me of trying to not pay him and he has never had to do that before on venmo, and he doesn't need to tell me anything about his bank accounts yelling at me, talking over me! He threatened that if I don't pay cash right now, they are going to put my car back up on the trailer and take it away!!I finally got the payment to go thru and I got the car. It was just very upsetting and took all of the excitement and joy out of my car purchase.

    Scammers. They will damage your car during the shipment. They stole my customer items. Scammer. Beware
