    Illegal practices; company breached contract in many ways. Had no credentialed employees performing duties they had no educational in the practice to perform(some with a false title and pretenses such as Social Worker) -correcting progress reports to aid in their illegal practices to make the patient/client to be at fault -billing insurance illegally -covering up substance use with certain patients/clients -practicing recovery and not having so much as a substance abuse counselor on staff -not transitioning clients/patients into community after graduation as claimed to do -failing to inform patients/clients of pertinent information such as the death of a loved one -many other ******* acts and illegal practices
