    This business is operating improperly as a non-profit organization,Using the header transitional housing which is supposed to house women in need for protection, transitioning them into the next stage of housing for safety and stability.. I'm a 48yr old disabled woman who has been refused my rights for a housing assessment for no reason and I'm living in a house with no heat or working refrigerator and I'm not well..The owner is not communicating with me at all nor is she doing what needs to be done and I have called organizations and will continue to report this until I am safe please help me

    This is Open Arms of Philadelphia, I am writing this in response to a letter that I have received on 12/26/2024 in regards to a complaint involving, ***** *****. My company is not a non-profit organization, nor do we act as such. Ms. ***** came into my office looking for housing, and informing me of her health and living conditions. "Open Arms of Philadelphia/Transitional Housing" we are a housing pub which means we provide clean, drug-free, safe environments, for anyone referred from companies such as, children aging out of ****** Care, Impact Service; Friend Rehabilitation; Women Abusive; VA; D.O.A.; C.E.O; and many other non profit organization. We do not provide any housing assistant, we only accept. ***** ***** does not reside at ****************************************************************.
