My daughter placed an order for her senior sweater on July 21st which costed 65 dollars before shipping. 8 days later, she received a notification stating that her order was placed on backorder, but was supposed to ship within 4-6 weeks. This is stated both in the email, as well as on their official website. It is currently September 22nd, and she has still not received her sweater. Instead, she was told that her sweater should ship the week of October 24th. Not only has this caused inconvenience, but will now affect her senior year experience as her senior class portrait is on October 19th, and she will not be wearing her senior sweater. Despite ordering her sweater in July, her peers who ordered their sweaters at later dates in August have received theirs.Business Response

I am so sorry for not responding sooner. This sweater is still on Backorder and I have refunded ******************* for the sweater and will send her the sweater as soon as possible. We ordered this sweater from the vendor back in December of 2021 and have still not received the sweater. This is a completely unusual occurrence for us and quite honestly I did not have a firm answer before on a delivery date. I just received the date on delivery and ******************* should have her sweater by 11/14/22.
I am so sorry for the inconvenience to both ******************* and her daughter.

I placed an order with flynnohara on August 13, 2022. total in the amount of $252. 04 with the promise that the items would ship within 14 days. My order was shipped on August 24, 2022, via ***** smart post (***** collects the package and transfers it to ****** It is now 2weeks (Sept 7, 2022) that I have not received the items. Instead, the package has been going around in circles back and forth to the same distribution center. I contacted Flynn o hara to see if they could look into this further. I spoke with three different individuals. Two of them was reassuring and apologized, but the 3rd customer service rep was RUDE towards me on both occasion. I requested that they might have to intercept the package and have ***** or USPS reroute the package back to them. And ship my new order to a store that's closest to me; I then said, if this is not an option, can I at least get a refund? The RUDE customer service rep told me that none of this was possible; I just had to wait! It is now the second week of school, and my child is without a uniform. I have to beg the dean of student affairs to give my child an extension to be out of uniform. And what made it worst is they are the ONLY option to get uniforms from. I even went as far as contacting *****, and they informed me that the items might be lost. To add to all of this, a particular item was 'back ordered,' got shipped on Sept 2, and was delivered on Sept 6 . this goes to show that there is definitely an issue with the order. I just need a refund or distribute new items to me.Business Response

Good afternoon,
Yes ********************* did place an order on 8-13-2022 and we shipped the order via ***** smartpost on 8-24-2022. ********************* called on 8-30-2022 and spoke to **** who did put a trouble ticket in with our ***** help desk. ******* researched the package and ***** assured her that it is not lost but still in transit. On Friday ********************* contacted ***** in our *************************** and ***** spoke to ******* in our ***** help desk department. ******* agreed at this point that despite what ***** said we would redo to order for ********************* and ship it as soon as possible. This order did require a few pieces to be customized with the school name and we will be shipping this order today 9-9-2022. Unfortunately 2 of the original pieces of ***. ********* order are on Backorder. ***** has updated the tracking on the original order and says it should be delivered on 9-12-2022. The only other information I have is that she spoke to another representative ***** who wrote in our customer service log after the call that ********************* said to Emini the following: "I SHOULD WORK IN THE BACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE CLEARLY YOU IS NO HELP, I CAN TELL BY YOUR ACCENT WHAT RACE YOU ARE" . I feel terrible that the call escalated to this level because others were already working to resolve ***. ********* issue with *****. We do have to give ***** time up to 10 days deliver packages and that is what the ************** explained but he also did alert ******* (our ***** rep) that there may be an issue with her package. Please let me know if you need any further help with this order and ********************* should have both her replacement order and her original order by Tuesday 9-12-2022.

In June 2022, I placed an order in one of their brick and mortar stores local to me. Although I was assured the items for try-on were the same in store as they were online, that was not the case and I had to return them. On 27 July I went in for an even exchange and to order a backup uniform. I was told by the associate that my order would ship in 10-14 business days. Sixteen business days after my order was placed I inquired about the status of my order. My email was ignored, so I sent another. Finally I was told too bad, so sad and that my order was back ordered until twenty days after my program starts. I planned ahead, I ordered my uniforms OVER two months in advance, not a single person chose to contact me to inform me that my entire order of six separate items was back ordered. Instead of apologizing, offering a discount, etc … Melissa used the excuse that the store associate doesn’t have access to the stock in the warehouse. If my school didn’t require me to use Flynn O’Hara, I would not have used them. I will be speaking with the director of my nursing program about possibly changing the uniform vendor as they are the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered in my adult life.Business Response

I spoke with ****************** and we were able to resolve the situation. I think the Customer service representative was confused and I understand why ****************** was upset. I refunded ****************** for all of her product and sent her 2 shirts at no charge for her inconvenience.

I bought some uniform pants from the company they are pants that are still sold there however they refuse to take them back because they stopped doing business with the school my child goes to. they refuse to refund me and is being petty and unprofessional stating that I should take it to the new company. The tags are still in tact and I have the receipt as proof of purchase for these uniform pants $60 is a lot to lose at this time. I would like to be refunded.Business Response

Good morning,
*********************** purchased the pants for *************** on 8/18/2021. In November of 2021 the contract with *************** expired and we no longer do business with *******. The pants *********************** purchased were exclusively for *************** and are no longer part of our current inventory. We are no longer allowed per the agreement with the school to handle any uniform transactions for ***************. While the pants may look like normal school uniform pants the color and fabric were specifically for ***************. I would be happy to send *********************** a gift card to use for another school but unfortunately we can not return or refund the pants as they are a discontinued item.
