    I booked this transportation service for June 23. The morning of, they down graded us to a smaller vehicle. We assumed there was a safety issue or something out of their hands, so we accepted the downgrade. At the first of 5 planned stops, they got pulled over by the cops because their vehicle wasn’t registered. They found a way to register it (after 45 minutes of waiting), but then it came out that the driver didn’t have a valid drivers license!!! So we continued to wait as the company worked to send us a new driver who did have a valid drivers license. She drove us to the second stop, with the original driver in the passenger seat. But then she left once we were at stop 2 of 5, and the original driver said he was going to drive us the rest of the way. We told them that he needed a valid drivers license, but he assured us it would be fine. We didn’t feel safe getting in the vehicle with this guy who already got in trouble for driving us without a license, so we denied his persisting “just get in, just get in” and we walked all the way back home. I called the company when we got back to explain what happened and get our money back, and the owner refused to give us ANY money back, saying that it was our fault for “trusting the police” because there was nothing wrong with the registration or the driver. I said, “sir, I was on the phone with you when the cops were there, and you literally said you were working to register the vehicle and would send us a valid driver” to which he JUST HUNG UP! I tried several times to call back, but he kept denying the call. So I called from a different phone, and he picked up right away. When he learned it was the same people, he said, “okay, let me look into it and I’ll get back to you by the end of the day.” He never called. I called him a week later, and he said he doesn’t have time to deal with this and he’s not giving us ANY of the money back. We can’t even dispute the charge because they asked for ***** in advanced.
