    I had veneers done by this individual on July 28, 2023. I made 2 payments in 2022. One was the initial deposit of $300 ( the rate during one of his specials), and another payment of $300 in good faith just to let him see I wanted my teeth done. I needed a cleaning as requested by him before this procedure. Trying to find a new dentist and life happened. I stayed in contact with ********* to let him know I’m still interested and he said ok. Fast forward to June. We set a date of July 28th. Veneers we’re placed and the next day I let him know that one felt loose. He said he didn’t know why but he would chalk it out after dealing with a funeral that was that day. July 29. ******* ********* mothers funeral. On July 30, one veneer came off and I informed him. By the end of the week, my bottom row was off. I informed him. He said he didn’t know what was happening and why but he would take care of it ASAP. ********* was scheduled to come and flight was delayed. He then was to come on a Saturday. He said the flight was delayed because he lives in Atlanta. I waited all Saturday and reached out to him only to find out that the flight was delayed again and he never told me. He told me that the wrong product was used and he would take care of me. After many mixed messages and failure to communicate I asked for a refund. He agreed. This went on for three weeks. I never got a refund. My messages was going un-answered and the no responses at all. A few here and there then nothing. It wasn’t until I went on social media. ******** and ********* that I got a text the next day. 9-29-23 saying that I will not be getting a refund, that he will be redoing my teeth. Who in their right mind would want him to service them after being negligent the first time and after you said you were refunding me. He changed his mind after people was on his page telling him about himself. I was blocked from his page and all comments were deleted. It’s more also not enough space.
