    I am filing a complaint against Veho due to their repeated failure to provide reliable delivery services. My main concerns include:Damaged Goods: Many of my packages arrive broken or mishandled, indicating poor transit care.Missed ********* Veho frequently fails to collect parcels as scheduled, causing major inconvenience.Late Deliveries of Perishable Items: As someone who relies on these deliveries for weekly meals, delays are unacceptable and have led to spoiled food.Unhelpful ***************** Their AI assistant is ineffective, and human representatives are dismissive, merely repeating tracking information without offering solutions.Detailed Account:Over multiple instances, Veho has failed to handle packages properly, resulting in damages. Missed pick-*** without notice have caused serious disruptions. Most frustratingly, my food deliveries have been consistently late, making them unsafe for consumption. Despite reaching out, customer service offers no meaningful assistance, making problem resolution impossible.These issues are widely reported by other customers, as seen in ******************** complaints and online discussions. Vehos poor handling, missed pick-***, and bad customer service are ongoing problems that need immediate attention.Desired Resolution:I request that Veho:Improve package handling to prevent damage.Implement better scheduling to ensure timely pick-*** and deliveries.Fix their customer service by improving the AI assistant and training representatives to be more helpful.This complaint serves as a formal request for accountability. Veho must take action to prevent further issues for me and other customers.

    I ordered items from **** Off 5th and 3 pieces of clothing a skirt, a sweater and 1 Jacket. The **** ********* Tweed Jacket that I ordered from Saks was missing from my order and Since this company has so many complains and I have reason to believe that someone on their warehouse stole my Jacket because in all the years that I have ordered from Saks off 5th and Saks I have never had items missing from my order. This company will not respond to me in a timely fashion nor will they investigate what happened. I want my Jacket that I ordered and they are refusing to send it to me.

    Veho is the third-party shipper for vendors and this is regarding an order from Quince. The company offers no real tracking service or customer service. When I have asked about a delayed delivery (whereby the initial delivery driver had an incident and the package has not shown any activity since 12/14) the company will not provide any details nor will they state when the package is considered missing.

    I made an online order from *****************, and Saks used Veho to deliver my package. Saks shipped the package out on Nov. 29th, and my package arrived at Veho Philadelphia warehouse on Nov. 30th. It was supposed to be delivered to my apartment on Dec. 1st night. However, It was delayed. According to the package status information on Veho's app and online ****, "An update will be provided within 24 hours." However, there has been no status update in the past five days. I contacted their customer service thrice, and I was told to wait again and again for 24 hours. However, there had been no update at all. This morning, Dec. 6th, I contacted Saks, asking them to help me contact Veho. Finally, the status of my package was updated around 4:00 pm. The **** said they might attempt to deliver it today or tomorrow. However, when I contacted Veho's customer support to give delivery instructions, they said my package was lost. I don't understand how Veho provided me with inconsistent information, how Veho took 5 days to find out my package was lost, how my originally late-delivered package became lost, and why only expensive packages were lost by Veho. Did their staff steal my package? Do they have surveillance cameras to protect customers' packages? Didn't deliver staff return unfinished items? What kind of investigations have they made when they lost customers' packages? The package contains a La Mer skincare set ($510) and two sets of complimentary gifts (with a value of $625), including La Mer products and other fragrances. I like those gifts and can only get such a good deal during the Black Friday sales. However, since Veho lost my package, I would never get such a good deal for the entire coming year. I am requesting Veho to conduct an internal investigation of all the lost packages and provide the investigation results to all the customers whose packages were lost by ****************. **************** can find it on their ****** review ****. Last, find my package and deliver it to me.

    I ordered an item on 10/11/2024 The item was to be delivered on 10/15/2024. The driver approached my home, took a picture of my package in front of my house and took the package back into his car and left. The Driver stole my package. I reached out to the company and no help in telling the driver to return my package. There is a video surveillance that showed everything that happened. Veho driver stole my package and i need it back immediately. I have evidence of him stealing my package.
