      I made a purchase of $216 for a universal thermostat. The product was defective and when I went to return it I had paid cash originally the gentleman behind the counter told me that they would need to mail me a check and it would take 21 days which I agreed to. Minutes later he came out and told me he could add the money to my debit or credit card even though I had paid cash which I agreed to. After 10 minutes he came back and said that the person I needed to speak to was not there and that I would receive a phone call when he got back at the end of his lunch. I never received a call. The following day I called and was told that they do not warranty defective items if they're opened how can you possibly know something's defective unless you open it? After some back and forth and blatant lies on their behalf the man **** his name is told me the best that I could do was and even exchange. I didn't need the part anymore since I had a replacement part purchased in the meantime. I agreed to receive the replacement as I didn't want to be stuck with just a broken one and nothing else for my $216.00 . After making me jump through hoops about not having the proper cover and needing a written answer on what was wrong with the product and the model and serial number of the refrigerator it went into to wait a little bit and his boss was on the phone. Another 25 minutes go by and I finally received the thermostat and the receipt. When I go out to my truck I noticed that the receipt is for 282 which I couldn't explain but as I'm driving and I look down I noticed they gave me a opened or used thermostat which I was told they could not accept so obviously the person who returned this one received their money back I just didn't get mine back I got they used thermostat for $216 and a smirk on the face of a fat employee. Do yourself a favor stay away from this place they have no respect for customers they lie over and over and change their policy as they go along.
