      Initially this company was going to install a new custom made door on a old termite eaten frame. When I complained I was told that it wasnt on the contract to replace the frame so an extra fee was added to my bill. 2 months after the door was installed I called to tell them the door lock wasnt working anymore. I was asked to send a picture of the lock which I did. I was then told by the owner that they would come look at the problem and they never did. I reached once more and I got no response.

      I have photos to send you but so not see how.
      I have a copy of the texts with Mr R******. Also have a copy of the picture with the issue. Mr R****** installation was complete with hardware that worked fine and not broke when we left the day of installation. A month or so later he sent me a picture of his knob. His knob hit his wall and broke the lock. I explained that to him and told him to pick up a door stop so it does not happen again. As far as his jamb when we installed the door - we would have not known about his termite issue until we removed his old door. More importantly we would not install the door on rotted wood.
      Like I told him, I stand behind all the windows and doors we install if it is a warranty issue. His issue is a door hitting his wall issue. I will take care of it. But only once.
