    Bought a cover from them with accessories. Shipping company wouldn't help unload from the back of the semi. Molle panel accessory with their name on it had bad hardware, but they won't warranty it because its a different manufacturer even though it supposedly has a lifetime warranty. Molle panel, when loaded, is too much for the shocks that come with the HD cover to handle. The pamphlet that comes with the Molle panel says I have to order different shocks to accommodate it. That is understandable IF I ordered it separately, not when I ordered it at the same time. When I tried to file a warranty claim, the auto email said they would let me know in 1-2 business days, but after 4 days, they still hadn't replied. I had to bug them just to get a response. Their website is full of great reviews, but there is no way for me, an actual customer post my review.
