    I have purchased multiple products rom this company, mostly car scents and their diffuser scents but also their waterless oil diffuser.. I had problems with their waterless oil diffuser. I could not get the mist to come out and the scent could not come out then also. I did all their suggested trouble shooting tips in the instruction pamphlet that came with the machine with no results. I emailed the company detailing step by step what I had done to try and fix the problem, with no resulting improvement, and asked for their help. They did not respond. I sent a follow-up email to the original email again advising exactly what I had done to try and resolve the issue and they again ignored my email with zero response.There are many other companies with the same product. I would NOT recommend CE Craft ** to anyone and, in fact, tell all my family and friends of the problems I've had with this company
