    I shipped a drone to be repaired. Shop repaired drone and shipped it back to me. I shipped drone with micro sd card inside with at least 500 GB of data. Drone was returned with micro sd card slot empty (shop removed card and did not put it back into drone). When confronted with the fact, ****, who performed the repair, asked for description of the card and promised to look for it. Next day **** said he does not have the card. He also stated the card was removed from the drone and placed in a small bag with scrap wires which was shipped to me with drone. I proceeded to open the bag Dec 6 2023 to find only wires and 2 screws (no sd card). I am not interested in refund or blank sd card. Merchant needs to locate and return the sd card that was in the drone.

    Hi. ************** sent us a badly damage ***** * drone- along with a second damaged drone that he wanted us to use parts from. We always remove memory cards from the drones when we receive them before working on them as the cards must be removed for the drone to be disassembled. The SD card was removed and placed in an envelope or baggie to protect it from ESD. We completed repairs on the drone- using new parts, not parts from the bag **** sent us nor the damaged drone. We tested the drone fully in the air- and the drone operated and flew perfectly. We then arranged to ship the drone back to **** after he made payment. We shipped the drone back, including the SD card in the package- not in the bag of random components, but packeged in its own separate envelope or baggie. Each item in the package was separately wrapped (bubble wrap)- both drones individually, the controller, as well as the wires and separate parts that *** ***** sent. We made sure all the components that *** ***** sent we returned to him to the best of our ability- including the SD card in question. We have interacted with *** ***** multiple times over phone and text- and have assured him that we returned the card to him in the box. We have offered to send him another card in replacement. He has declined this. As we made clear to *** *****, we have scoured our office- to make sure that the card is not here. The card is not present in our office- it was sent back inside the box with the drones. We have no interest in the card nor any electronic material on the card. Sincerely, *********************
