      Had a great experience with foundation experts. The team is very professional, prompt and conscientious while doing the work. Kept to the timeline and the quoted price. I would definitely recommend and use this company again!

      Foundation Experts performed a repair on a section of our home in ************. They installed a concrete curb under and around the downhill edge of the slab that had settlement. The work was done carefully and on time with great communication throughout. The cost was reasonable, and despite doing somewhat more than in the original proposal, there was no upcharge. I highly recommend the company.

      Every interaction we had with **** was professional, educational, and understanding. When we wanted to finish the basement, he came in to take a look and see what work might need to be done first. When we replaced our sill plate, he provided all of the structural engineering work and was prepared to give a sealed technical narrative or anything else necessary for the permit. I cant emphasize enough how helpful he was.

      I have worked with this company on three occasions. **************** was exceptional. The team was quick to respond and head out to the property for an initial evaluation. The team helped my clients evaluate issues, and in some cases, the issues were less worrisome than what was described originally by the appraiser/inspector. They were able to identify solutions and help us work within a budget. I would highly recommend Foundation Experts.

      My real estate agent recommended Foundation Experts to me as I am in the process of buying my first home and I was nervous about some foundation and termite damage following my general inspection. Foundation Experts were an invaluable resource to me to shed some light on these unknowns. I contacted **** and not only did he take a look at the inspection report as a courtesy, but the very next day, he and ******* were able to come out first thing in the morning to perform a detailed inspection. They showed up early and were already in the crawlspace by the time I arrived! I received a 50 page report early the next morning, and **** was available for phone calls throughout the process. Not only was Foundation Experts communication first class, but the quality of their inspection and the report was unmatched. **** broke down my report into short and long term repairs with estimates so I can budget for repairs in the future. He understood the tight turnaround time I had to perform this inspection, was responsive and thorough, and simply, he was kind. I dont know what I would have done without his and ******** expertise. I am so impressed and cannot wait to work with Foundation Experts again in the future!

      Foundation Experts did work on our foundation in ********************* contact with us and check on the drain twice a year. Without reservation, I recommend Foundation Experts to anyone in need of work on their homes foundation. From beginning to end, we were fully informed and given options. Since 2020 we have had other home projects done and absolutely every contractor and inspector comments on the work done by Foundation Experts - that they did excellent work and went above and beyond what is required. I cant recommend a more qualified, knowledgeable, and trustworthy company.

      We found cracks and leaks in our home's foundation walls. This is something you dont want to wait to have fixed. Finding a reliable company was not easy. We contacted 10 companies and received 5 estimates. We were so fortunate to find Foundation Experts! It was our pleasure to have **** and his team workon our home. The team was professional and polite. The work was ABOVE and BEYOND.We were very happy with the workmanship and extra work **** put in wherever he saw needed. He took our concerns seriously and addressed them accordingly. The township's final inspection passed without any problem. **** is genuine, sincere, and possess business integrity.       Nick I have to honestly say he is a rare gem ?? he is extremely professional and very knowledgeable love the way how he educates you along the way, very responsive and his communication is amazing. I have dealt with Nick on multiple occasions. Love how he is keen on details and his pricing are very reasonable. A honorable man that keeps his word, one occasion out of multiples Nick came to my assistance out of his way and didn't charge me anything to inspect a home before settlement please tell me who would do this. By God i am blessed to have met him, I highly recommend Nick with Foundation Experts you will not regret it ??

      Foundation Experts is a wonderful company! I would highly recommend them!!
      Nick and his team are a pleasure to work with, they are extremely professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable in every way. They handle your job as if they were working on their home, which meant the world to me. When I reached out to Nick he Always responded, which spoke volume to his character and how caring a person he is and what a great company they are.
      Honestly I can express in words how grateful I was to have them work on my house.
