      They purchased product on my behalf without authorizing, sending my bank account into the negative and not doing anything about it after multiple times telling them to cease and assist. I am now reporting to the better of business but as I see, it’s already one star rating I’m considering switching my CPAP machine.

      I have used this company for years with minor issues but overall good results. My CPAP machine was recalled and replaced last year. I get emails from this company to re order supplies for the machine. I hit rapid reorder. They sent *********** for my nationally recalled machine. I contacted the company and was told I could not return the supplies and that I ordered them. They said I waited too long to return them. They billed me for the wrong supplies. I met my insurance deductible for the year before this order was generated. Royal Homestar LLC billed me again, each bill was a different amount. They claimed that my insurance did not send an EOB so I am to pay it. They asked me to return the supplies. I told them I discarded them since I could not return them as per the last conversation.I contacted my insurance again and was told this bill was handled.I received another bill this month for $5 for rental for filters. I received no supplies since April 2023 and the filters do not fit the replaced machine.This company sent me another bill and a text message that I am past due. This total was another different number from the last 3 times I contacted them. **** Medical contacted me again by phone to reorder supplies. I canceled my contract with them as they do not know what supplies their company has that their patients using. I contacted my insurance yet again and hope to have this resolved. I'll find out in another month when I will probably get a bill for supplies I did not order and cannot use.I am very disappointed with this company for not providing support for my medical equipment and for the poor customer support.
