  Scope of work: Add on to existing porch making it 7ft x 8ft and incorporate two footings for porch posts. Remove and replace existing sidewalk approx 4ft x 25ft, and overlay everything on the front of the house in flagstone for the finished look. (un gauged full color) In addition to that we will be adding a 3.5ft x 30ft on the side of the house connecting over to a 5ft x 6ft dumpster pad. The threshold to that sidewalk leading off the driveway will have a piece of flagstone to tie it in with the one on the front. Last but not least there are 4 public sections of sidewalk in desperate need of repair. All sidewalk will be 4in. of concrete @ 4000psi. and will have 3in clean stone for adequate drainage. Public walk and where concrete is to be the final look will have proper pitch and a broom finish. Job Cost: Total: $8600 Work started and completed in Summer 2021 Issue: Loose stones on the front walkway that was first found fall 2021 and notified the contractor of the issue in Fall 2021...was told we will wait to fix in Spring 2022. After numerous attempts to get fix in 2022, Contractor kept pushing this off and the walkway got more lose stones. Asked for repair in March 2023, said he would come to look and fix but nothing to date and now ignoring my calls and text messages.

  Let me start by saying after 11 years of being in business this is my first complaint ever sent to the BBB for review. 
  We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, and rarely do we miss the mark. 
  This job started out just like any other and finished with the same result, a happy customer paying in full for the work once it was completed. 

  Then, some time had passed and there came a call or txt about a stone popping loose. There was never any mention of a warranty at any point though out our dealings but regardless of that and the reasoning as to why it happened in the first place, I offered to assess the situation and discuss repairs.

  While that has yet to happen, an attempt was made on my end to schedule a meeting. In fact that was the same day that this complaint was issued and now Ive yet to hear back from them giving me the ok to enter their property.
