    2 years still no stone payments were made as per our contract but 29 months later still no stone even after several promises to make delivery

    No stars. I had to click one in order to post this review. I put a deposit down for a headstone March 2022. I'm ordering from Florida. I was told it would take about 6 months to complete. I also paid for another headstone to be cleaned. Six months came and went. Called and emailed several times, no responses. Finally got a response from owner "yelling" at me in the email, telling me to stop emailing her, they are busy and short handed. One year came and went with no contact on their end. 18 months later, my brother in PA went there to find out what was going on. Amber yelled at him for showing up without an appointment. She wouldn't let him in the office Then while he was questioning her, she got in her car and left. My brother talked to the police department and the police went to talk to them. The police consider this theft of services. They had my money and I had no product. 19 months later the police got me my headstone. It was finally finished and installed within one week of the police visit. The cleaning of the existing headstone was done at the same time as the new headstone was installed.
    Stay away from this business.
