    We setup a move with Comprehensive Relocation Services on 6/28/2022 DOT*******, for requested move dates 8/15, 8/16, with Joe Trumbull our Ref# ********. Moving from CA to Warner Robins GA. They sent us a contract and took $900.,, Our move is coming up quickly. No one will answer our phone calls @ these numbers ###-###-#### Joe T******* or ###-###-#### Sales. No one has returned our phone call. I JUST WANT MY money back so WE go with another moving company,

    Our belongings were picked up on 6/24/22. The movers charged us an additional $150 citing long haul meaning the movers had to go 75' or more from storage to their truck. We measured the area and it was only 56'. We called CRS to have this resolved and after numerous calls where they state they'll call us back to date no one has called us.Also, we were told the move would take 5 to 7 business days. We are now over a month, we do not have any of our belongings, and CSR will no longer answer our calls. We want to know where our belongings are.

    On March 30th, 2022 we paid a deposit of $836 to reserve long-distance moving services from San Diego to Pittsburgh for June 11th. When we hadn't heard from them a couple of days before the planned move we contacted them to confirm. On June 10th we paid an additional $225 dollars and we were told that they would contact "dispatch" and confirm our pick-up. The movers never showed up on June 11th or 12th. And they were closed all weekend. They have no customer service and do not know how to run a business. They should be penalized. Furthermore, their business model is semi-fraudulent, as they quote a low price upfront by severely underestimating the square footage to get a downpayment, then they tack on more expenses later on. Luckily, I had the financial resources and the time to pay for another company at the last minute. But I also missed out on 3 days with my family and friends because our move was delayed due to changing moving companies. I worry about everyone that chooses to do business with them in the future. (As it's a new business, I've started seeing some online reviews very similar to my experience.) After using ***** for our cross-country move, I contacted them to get a full refund. They told me over the phone that a refund was initiated....but 15 days later I have received nothing. I issued a credit card dispute through our bank, but that will take up to 90 days and I do not know what will happen that. This company should not exist. They are awful, and they operate in an industry where people need reliable and responsive customer service.
