    I purchased the CatGenie AI plus several accessories - over $600 in product. I sent my order to the wrong address, and contacted support via phone 4 minutes after receiving the confirmation email to cancel it. They wouldn't allow me to cancel my order, and charged me a fee to reroute the order to the correct address. I paid the rerouting fee at 3:40PM EST on 1/19/23. On 1/20/23 I contacted support to ask why my UPS shipping information was still showing the incorrect address, and was told that "for some unknown reason" UPS was not able to update the address on my shipment, so they are returning the order to sender. I asked them to refund my rerouting fee, and their support informed me that the rerouting fee was non-refundable. I insisted on being returned my rerouting fee, as I am not going to be shipped any packages. They replied that they met me half way by only charging me one rerouting fee when there were multiple packages. They never mentioned more than one rerouting fee per order prior to this. They also threatened to charge me for the return to sender fees from UPS if they refunded the rerouting fee, which meant I would "pay more". These people will take your money, fail to deliver, and threaten to charge you more if you demand your money back. Stay far away.

    I bought a Cargenie 120 a year and a half ago, unfortunately my cat died. I then put the cat genie in the basement and pulled it out the other day to wash it and set it back up as we got another cat. A ring was broken on the inside and I wanted to buy a replacement ring. The company said since I didn’t buy solution from them in a year and a half they wouldn’t sell me the ring. Horrible customer service horrible company. I’m now out $400 for a cat genie. That I used for a couple of months.
