  I contacted this company approximately 4 or 5 years ago to assist in credit repair.I was honest with the status of my and my fiance credit and collections.I was promised and sweet talked that it would be no problem. 5 years later and every collection remains and in fact some even got worse.Numerous calls and spoken to almost everyone except Melissa she refuses to speak to people. I'm told she is only one who works on credit. My fiance credit jumped at one point because we paid them to be attached to ****'s personal credit card. The reps would make me feel bad for the situation I was in. My fiance and I got married last December. Numerous times I asked for assistance in getting my married name attached to my credit report. Well I cannot apply for credit sign up to ****** ***** or anything. My married name is not associated with my social security number. When I finally asked them to stop working on my behalf and cease taking money out of my account they verified my request via email but still took money from my account and refused to refund it. So now my credit remains the same I am listed as unverifiable. They continually sent me unsolicited Bible verses via email and text repeatedly. This is a violation of my rights to freedom of religion.

  Client is stating what she has asked of us which has been completed below we will provide proof of the
  client credit report showing the name change as well we will provide all the clients results.
  Credit Freedom succeeded in completely Deleting 14 collection account that added up to $16,000, an
  auto loan ********* ******** *** that added up to $8,000. ( Please note the client did not pay
  any of the account we deleted )
  Credit freedom advised the there is 1 collection we cannot removed and it has to be settled which is
  ******** ** ******** – **** and ****** ********** **
  Client also said she cannot get into her www.***********.*** account the client logins are:

  Exhibit #2: This shows the client marriage certificate which we sent into the credit agency for them to
  update the name which took place as seen in exhibit #1
  Exhibit #3: Credit repair results which shows the client following collections that have been removed:

  Credit Freedom cannot provide this client with a refund due to all the results credit freedom had  obtained for this client. Credit repair is never a guarantee to remove everything off the report but 14  collections deleted and many charge off’s and repo accounts have been deleted so the client having to  settle 2 accounts is a great success and we are willing to assist the client in speaking to the banks to  settle the2 accounts if needed. 

  Lastly we are a Christian company that does provide encouraging and uplifting bible verses to all our  client who have the option to opt out of the news letter by click unsubscribe.
