    I contracted Primer Branding to provide me with a unique website for the amount of $500, paid in full on May 7, 2024. The site was to be completed prior to my July 1st launch date for my new business. After I paid the $500, I was greeted via email by *********************** who said he would be working with me. I had to ask ***** to use my artwork on my site because he was building it without asking, and then he built a site that was not unique and not nice to look at. When I asked for a rebuild, which was allowed per my contract, ***** informed me that they could really only provide me with a great, unique site if I switched over to their hosting site for $900. When I told him I could not afford this and asked him to just do his best with my hosting site, work stopped on my website. I had to push back the launch date of my business. I trusted this business partly due to their listing of ratings of 4.9 out of 5 stars on various social media and rating sites. However, after further investigation, they are making false claims and should not be able to do so. For instance, their TrustPilot ranking on their site is shown as being over 4.5 stars but is really 3.4 stars on TrustPilot's website.

    I am writing to formally request your assistance in resolving a dispute with Primer Branding, a company I engaged for web design and social media advertising services. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue directly with the company, I have been unsuccessful in obtaining a refund for services that were never rendered.On 29 Mar 24, I contracted Primer Branding to design a website and manage social media advertising for my business. The total payment for these services amounted to $1,000. The payment was made in full upfront with the understanding that the services would be completed within a specified timeframe.Unfortunately, Primer Branding failed to deliver any of the agreed-upon services. Despite numerous follow-up emails, phone calls, and messages, I have not received any response or satisfactory resolution from the company. On 24 May 24, 18 Jun 24, and 26 Jun 24, I was assured by *********************** that I would receive a full refund. However, to date, no refund has been issued.I am seeking your assistance to help facilitate a resolution to this matter. I have enclosed copies of all relevant documentation, including the contract, proof of payment, and all correspondence with Primer Branding, to support my claim.The lack of response and the failure to refund my money has caused significant inconvenience and financial strain. I hope the Better Business Bureau can assist in mediating this issue and help secure a refund for the services that were not provided.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and assistance.

    I contracted Primer Branding 3 weeks ago from today. I paid $400 to contract this organization to build my website and logo. This is signed and agreed to. I provided 'all' content. They created the first draft very quickly; however, the site was an exact copy of a competitors site. It clearly needed revisions due to that. I provided a response to that draft and it has been 2 weeks since. No work has been put in for 2 weeks solid. I called the beginning of last week to inquire about it and was told that by the end of last week it'd be done or at least very close. Nothing... No work done at all. I emailed and called to no avail. This has impacted my ability to make money. It is currently hurting my reputation as well. I have been dealing specifically with Frank T***** at Prime Branding. Extremely disappointed. This needs to be rectified quickly.

    They were totally misleading about their capabilities and are demanding i pay for something i already paid for which has no baring on writing a program. The demand i pay for server storage that i already paid for and py purchase the domain from them after talking me through the process of purchasing it through *********** . On top of all that they refuse to send me any of the written problem that may have been completed so I can hopefully have it completed elsewhere. I hope they are not trying to complete and launch my application for themselves, but if they do i have have documents to prove it is my sole creation and am willing and ready to file criminal charges against the company. They quoted 5000.00 and later demanded an extra 2500.00, and now are damanding another 2500.00 to finish and release my app program

    ir/Madam, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by your company. As a paying customer, I have been subjected to an unacceptable level of unprofessionalism and disregard for my business needs. I paid a total of 550 towards the website building, logo, and other items as mentioned in the email. However, since the departure of Lisa S*** and Jennifer, the new manager George has decided not to honor the package promised. For the last three weeks, my requests have not been fulfilled, and my calls have gone unanswered. The website that was built is of very poor quality, and I have not been provided with any credentials. I am appalled by the lack of communication and accountability from your company. My business is suffering as a result of your negligence, and my clients are unable to purchase online insurance. This has severely impacted my credibility and reputation. I demand immediate action to rectify this situation. I expect a full refund for the services that were promised but not delivered. I also expect a prompt response to my calls and emails, and for the necessary steps to be taken to ensure that my website is of acceptable quality.
