Dear BBB,I am writing to file a complaint about East Coast Bulldog Rescue. They have been holding fundraising events where people donate money for a chance to win a tattoo through a raffle. However, after donating money, I, along with other people, were told we won but never received the tattoo we were promised.Heres what happened:Fraudulent Fundraising: East Coast Bulldog Rescue advertised that if people donated money, they would get an entry into a raffle for a chance to win a tattoo. Many people, including myself, donated money, thinking that the money was going to help rescue dogs, and that if we won, we would get a tattoo. However, even though I was told I won, I never got the tattoo or any explanation about why I didnt get it.Failure to Deliver Prizes: After winning the raffle, I tried to contact East Coast Bulldog Rescue multiple times to ask when I would get my tattoo, but no one responded. I know other people who also won and still havent received their tattoos ************ Violations:Fraud: This is basically fraud. They took peoples money with the promise of a tattoo but didnt *************** Laws: They are also breaking laws about fundraising. When they raise money for a cause, like rescuing dogs, they are required to use the money for that cause. But they didnt follow through with their raffle promises, which shows theyre not being honest with people.Raffle Laws: Most states have laws about raffles and fundraising. If they didnt get the proper permits for these events, they could be violating those rules.

Raffle was donated by an artist. Entries to raffle were donation based. Raffle was for 1 hour tattoo session prize totaling $150. Raffle was only done a couple times and complainant never entered nor won any raffle done by East Coast Bulldog Rescue. All winners contact tattoo artist directly. *** ******** has made a fraudulent malicious claim with no proof of his enter nor proof of winning. We are registered with the state to collect donations and solicit donations.  Further more *** Thorntons information he submit is not correct, again this is a false accusation.
