    I am the guarantor on a lease for my daughter at Carson Street Commons a Faros owned property. All of the dealings with this company have been difficult. My complaint stems from their handling of the early termination request of the lease due to my daughter's relocation. I was told the termination required a 60-day notice and an upfront payment of (2) month's rent totaling $2910.00 plus paying the next 60 days rent. I asked where this was found in the lease, and they stated it was not in the lease and I asked to review the document on two occasions, and they refused. I called the property manager on August 31st to proceed with the process as he stated it was my only option or pay the entire lease. The call was unreturned. I called a second time and emailed twice on September 2nd. The agreement was emailed on the 6th, and I was told I had to sign and pay the 7th, or it was void. These delays and high-pressure tactics resulted in an additional seven days added to the time required. I paid the $2910 on the 7th and I wrongly selected the incorrect apartment, but the money did go to their account. They refused to execute the agreement and insisted I pay a second time or wait 3-5 days for them to switch the apartment number and thus adding 3-5 more days I would have to pay at the end. Very condescending and deceptive practices. I would like an apology and the return of the seven days rent.
