    The *** Paints surface level parking lot on ***************** recently changed management. Previously, there was a person at the entrance to collect cash payment. Now, an app is used to pay. That's fine. I used the app to pay. Seemingly, it $8 to park all day...$9.04 after taxes and fess. I paid the all day price. I arrived around 9am, departed around 6pm. Normal workday parking. All good.A couple months later, I received a collections statement saying that I was to send in $88 (!!) for having an "expired ticket." The signage at the lot does not say that the all day price is for a specific number of hours. I emailed an appeal and sent in documentation showing that I had paid the $9.04 to the parking company on the day I was parked there. The appeals process is still going on. Without proper signage and clear indication of the length of time you're allowed to park, I think this is a major scam. This new company is simply trying to extort money.
