To Whom It May Concern, In 1991, my brother and I sent 2 ***** ******* cards to the Pittsburgh Penguins in the hopes that he would sign them for us. Much to our delight, we received 2 signed cards. I recently submitted these cards to ******* (a nationally recognized memorabilia grading co).As you can see in the attached photo, they said that the autographs did not pass their authenticity test. A card shop owner informed me that he had heard of sports teams using a staff member to fulfill autograph requests. I don't know exactly who signed these cards. All I can say is that ******* failed them. Should this be the case, I am quite disappointed that an upstanding organization such as the Pittsburgh Penguins would do this to kids. Frankly, I am appalled. If the player receives too many requests, he may politely decline. But to send back a forged autograph..?We also have 2 autographs from ***** ******* from the same time period. I did not submit them for authentication. Are they forged as well? I honestly don't even know what to ask for. I think that a conversation with a corporate representative would be a good start.Sincerely,****** *******

The Pittsburgh Penguins ticket office makes it very difficult for customers to cancel their automatic ticket renewal for the following season. I was a 1/2 season ticket holder (22 games) during the ********* season. At the end of the season the Penguins began billing my credit card for the ********* season. When I emailed to ask for a refund and informed them that I did not wish to be a season ticket holder for ********* they ignored me and continued to charge my credit card on a monthly basis for the following season. Unfortunately the tactic worked I gave up and accepted the that I was locked in to being a 1/2 season holder despite not wanting to. Apparently when you sign up to be a season ticket holder they automatically put you on auto renewal. I did not realize this before I signed up and was never informed this is how it worked. This year I went on the website and attemped to delete the auto renwal so I wouldn't be charged for *********. But there was no where I could check a box to opt out of the ********* season. I called the Penguins and left a message saying I do not wish to renew my season ticktets. A week later they called to informed me I had to go on the website in mid Feburary 2025 in order to opt out. They said the OPT OUT option will be on the website in mid Feb 2025. I returned to the website to opt out of 2025 in mid February. They made it hard to find it took me like 5 minutes to locate where to opt out. I had to fill out a form and when I submitted the form they did not provide me with any receipt to my email account or to print out proving I opted out. Also, they left me a message after hitting submit that informed me that "A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE PENGUINS WILL CONTACT YOU TO CONFIRM YOU HAVE OPTED OUT". Why do I need them to call me to confirm I'm OPTING OUT when I called them and told them I was and filled out a form. I WANT TO OPT OUT! Also the site will not let me delete my cards on file. Am I getting charged again for next sason?
