      Coyle auto body added additional charges to the estimate for my husbands truck they added a back slider window that did not need replaced. When my husband confronted them they said they would refund the money back to my insurance company. which totaled over 1,000.00 now i get a new estimate today from the insurance company saying additional work was done to the ram. Miraculously it totals the same amount. They committed insurance fraud. They need to refund the extra money that was originally submitted to the insurance company for the extra fee for the window back to e insurance my policy number is **************

      In response to the customers concern filled with BBB, we would like to explain the details of what happened.
      The customer requested a copy of a preliminary supplement so he could contact the insurance company looking for a missing payment.  After the customer reviewed the preliminary supplement he questioned the replacement of the back glass.  We explained to the customer that since the glass came in damaged, were able to complete the repairs without removing /replacing the sliding glass window.  (This part was an one- time use part) We then explained that the preliminary supplement he received was just that and it did not go through final audit. The part price and labor of the glass would be removed before submitting the final supplement to the insurance company as well as any additional parts and labor not included on the preliminary supplement would be added.  The customer then asked if we could just credit the amount of the glass toward their deductible.  We explained that would be insurance fraud and we could not do that.
      Once the final audit was completed, the price and labor the back glass was removed and additional supplement items were added that included additional paint supplies, additional parts and labor procedures.  The invoices for the additional paint supplies, parts and photos of the labor procedures were all sent to the insurance company.  The final supplement did result in an additional amount owed by insurance company.
      We have tried multiple times to contact the customer and re-explain the claims process with no return response.
      Our company has been in business for over 40 years as our record shows.  We strive to deliver a high quality repair while providing our customer with superior customer service.

      They are lying they changed the original copy of the bill. After my husband noticed that they were charging him for a window that did not need replaced. They took back the original receipt that said what we owed ,  and then changed the numbers which included more and they tried to say it was for additional paint. Just so they could pocket the extra $1,000.00 the insurance company already paid them. so they owed the insurance company $1000,00 for a charge that is not valid as my window was not replaced
