    I ***** ****** took my 20w0 kia soul on 06/17/2024 to emsworth because i had a slow lwak in my tire on the rear left side the driver side and ask them to change tires ,i had a spear,today 06/18/2024 i ran some errands, and my tire light came on, so i rode up yo emsworth tires and aks them can they see why my tore light came on he told me (john) the owner they were to busy,so i went to discount tores to see if my tire was still leaking air they checked and said my tires wete find but my tire sensor wasnst working and the mechanic from ******** ***** showed me my sensor isnt working on the left tore on the dri er side,the rear tire emsworth broke it and i wa.t it replaced and the owmer start arguing withe me so i called the police i just my tire sensor repla ed,so i can know when i need to put air in my tires

    It is very
    disappointing to read this unjustified complaint submitted by ***** ******.
    This complaint should not have occurred.


     In response to Ms. ******’s complaint:


    Ms. ******
    entered my business stating she had an issue with her tire light. At the time
    my mechanics were busy fixing other vehicles so could not inspect her vehicle
    right away.  She immediately left only to
    return boldly stating the other service station didn’t fix her issue. Before I
    could explain that I’d be glad to help her but could not at this time, she lost
    all composure and started yelling and using foul language.  She then threatened to call the police (which
    she did) and the police arrived. Since it was not a police matter they told me
    if she remained at my business with this irrational behavior to call them back and
    they would return, making sure she left.


    I have been
    in business for over 20 years and realize time importance of cultivating
    customer loyalty by providing customer service.  As mentioned before, this complaint is
    unfortunate as it could have been avoided.


    Should Ms.
    ****** want to make an appointment to have us inspect her sensor and demonstrate
    controlled behavior she may contact me.

    Emsworth tire and auto inspected our car Tuesday April 18th. We dropped the vehicle off Monday night with zero damage. Picked it up Tuesday and had damage to the driver side. The owner of the company came out to look and instantly blamed me/someone else for the damage and refused to admit it happened in his possession. He told me he is not responsible for any damage caused at his place unless it happens inside. Also asked for his insurance and he told me he has no insurance outside of shop. Which does not seem right. No cameras in the parking lot also. We took the vehicle to get an estimate of the damage and it came out to 1,590.03. There is also a police report with Ohio township police. We would like to be compensated for the damages they have cause at their business. Thank you.
