febr22,2023 i purchased a car from them for 5400. the car was not road worthy have all sorts of issues the car could not pass inspection at all I needed to spend another 1200 to repair issue as a result of them selling me a defective vehicle. I took the car back to get a refund they decided they wont do so. They then gave me a 2014 ********** took an additional 500 from me , without giving me the title of the vehicle. When I went home the other vehicle I found out is flood damaged, five accidents makes a lot of noises ad if you go to fast the car tends to want to turn over. RAD auto was very rude to me unwilling to help me based of my gender seems they treat women customers poorly. I then went back found out the sold my original car with no title etc. They ended up selling my vehicle twice. To date I have not have the issue resolve I lost over 7000 these people are a scam.

I purchased a vehicle less than six months ago only to find out that the vehicle should not have been on the road it was a danger I was told that it should be parked and not driven until fixed because if the pieces were to break I could not only kill myself, I could possibly kill someone else at the time of purchase had there been any serious issues wrong with the vehicle I would have dealt with it. I just wanted to know if there was anything majorly wrong and I was told NO, it was a great running vehicle. there was no way I could’ve looked underneath the vehicle I trusted that this so-called car lot and this so-called car dealer would have been honest enough(maybe not honest honest & car dealer does not seem to go together ) so I’ll just use the word decent enough to at least let me know if there was something as dangerous as I found out what was wrong with the vehicle had been something like that air conditioner or just something like that along those lines I would’ve said OK I knew it was used I bought it I’ll deal with it but what the auto shop told me and not just one auto repair shop but TWO different shops that are not connected to one another both told me the vehicle was dangerous. I don’t even want my money back for the vehicle I just want the money back for the repairs that I had to make on the vehicle to get it in a safe driving manner. safe enough to be on the road.
