    8/21/23 My car stoled do to the Electronic E Brake and had to get it towed. 8/23/23 towed it Schneider auto repair. Told Adam the mechanic i need e brake and flex pipe fixed. AAA towing company told me my starter was fine and my battery was fine. Adam insisted that I was wrong first day we spoke. Two days go by and Adam said its my starter told me the cost woud be $1248.I told him again the the car told me it was Electrical E Brake. So I told him ok fix it. Everyday i would drop in to see how it was coming along and he was messing with my engine instead. Nothing got fixed and now my engaine is blown and i had to give him $1171.63 just to get my car back broke still. found out he took out my old starter and destoryed it so i can buy a new one. I retrieved my starter from him and had it tested and it still worked properly dispite the damage that he caused to it.

    Vehicle was towed in overnight. 
    Vehicle was in no crank no start condition

    The customer sated she had a friend work on her vehicle changed her brakes 2 weeks ago,and her vehicle one day suddenly stopped cranking over and she highly believes the no CRANK NO START condition she having is because of her brakes that were worked on by a friend two weeks ago

     

    Customer was advised that there will be two hours. Diagnosis charge to determine the cause of the NO  CRANK Condition

    customer authorize the diagnosis.

     upon diagnosis, the vehicle showed it needs a starter to get it to crank stage 

     

    customer was advised of diagnoses and she was giving the choice to pay the diagnoses and have the work done else where if she wishes or she can have the work done here  she Authorized the starter replacement. 

    starter was replaced and now the car cranks over but doesn’t start 

     

    Upon checking no start condition it appears the engine has no compression, which explains the reason for the initial starter failure, excessive starting attempts with engine cranking but not fried the starter. Which caused the no crank no start condition. The vehicle was brought in with.
