    I purchased the Cool and Cozy Sheet set of Nollapelli sheets for $253.60 just a few months ago, on January 17, 2024). The first wash (which was within the 30-day return period) went perfectly well and I found the sheets cool and comfortable. However, after several washes, there was major pilling—to the extent that the sheets look terrible and aren’t comfortable to lie on. I washed these sheets as instructed, on warm, and tumble drying low. The company, on their web page, advertises these sheets as "very durable", which they are not. Further, I have contacted the company twice on 6/12/24 (by phone AND by email) and have yet to receive a reply. I also tried to leave a review on the company's website and the link I was provided via email to leave a review did not work. This makes me question the truthfullness of the reviews on the company's site. I appreciate anything you can do to help resolve this.

    First of all, we are very sorry to hear about this quality issue. As soon as we were informed about this issue (6/17/2024 via voice mail), we reached out via text message and email. We also sent a follow up email on 7/2/2024. We have not received any responses to any of our communication attempts. Please know it is never our intention to provide a product that is not top quality, and we hope the customer gives us an opportunity to make things right.
