    On June 21, 2025, at 9:00 am, I went in for an oil change and state inspection. I left my car there to be repaired. I never received a call stating how much the service would be, but I expected it to be around the same much as I've previously spent (being that I've had service done there multiple times). I never received a call letting me know that my car was completed. Later, when I called to check to see if it was finished, Mr. **** said "yes, but it will be $374.00 out the door to receive your car". I informed him that it was not what I usually pay, and I felt that it was high for an oil change and state inspection. He told me the other Managers who previously serviced my car was wrong and that this was the price. I asked to speak to the manager, and he informed me that he was the manager. Upon arrival, Mr. **** immediately stated that his manager informed him to charge me $190.00 for the oil change and that he was not reducing the amount any more than that. I asked him for an itemized list of what I was paying for, and he told me that he could only give me the invoice that he had. I asked him why he didn't give me a call prior to repairing my car being since the price was considerably more than usual. He stated that I approved it when I dropped it off. I replied No I did not. He charged me ******. Once I paid for the service, he asked me to sign the estimate invoice, and I told him no because I did not approve that invoice, and also because the estimate invoice was not in my name. He told me that he would not release the keys to me until I signed it. I told him that he can't hold my keys because I've just paid him for the service. I took my key off the counter, and he informed me that he would see me in court. The service was not complete because they did not remove the service code from the instrument panel, they did not give me back my insurance card and registration, and they did not give me a receipt stating that I've paid for the service.

I ATTACHED A PDF COPY OF THE TRANSCRIPT OF THE ***** RECORDING WORD FOR WORD. ALSO WE DO NOT HAVE A REGRISTRATION OR INSURANCE CARD FOR THAT VEHICLE.
