    I paid for a service with nine University to receive an Amazon product to sell they never provided me with a product to sell, there was many failed attempts to receive a correct product to sell that they provide you for selling on Amazon. I sent dozens of emails and didn't get any responses or solutions to providing me with the service I paid for. I even paid an extra $1,000 to have a 24-hour customer service which is called Fast Track by 9 University and sent many messages with my issues and never received any responses back, it's been going on now for 3 years to no avail of me getting the service I paid for. I went on their forum on Facebook and Google search and it seems that they have done this to many more. I would like to receive a refund for the services I paid for to Nine University and also the outsources they provided for as well that I attached which I was unable to use because they never provided me with what I paid for and expected, which comes to be around $6,950. Some of the packages that are not showing with reciept is within their program which was an extra $500. The $1950 and $500 was to the Prime Corporate Services that Nine University said to use as a great service with which I paid for and was going to use with combination after getting what I was supposed to receive but never did and was completely ghosted by Nine University. Please let me know anything else you need so I can try to receive a resolution and much preferred refund since I don't like how they have done this to me as well as many others. I am left now in total debt and stress from this company.

    Contracted Nine University program to find me up to 3 Amazon Products - First product never was able to be tested as sample from China came broken and supplier never issue a replacement. Asked for a second product and upon running numbers with another successful person (that's also part of 9U) I was advised that what they were offering me was totally misleading. Asked for a third product and they started refusing to help me, ignoring my emails and even saying to a point that I wasn't going to be provided anything else. I decided to post my complaint in the Facebook Study Group for the community of students - I started to receive private messages from other students that were also getting the same treatment from them. A few ex-employees reached out also, informing they were just taking people's money and not delivering what they were hired for. I was told by the agent that sold me the program that this was money back guarantee if at any point customer was not satisfied. Filing this complaint was a suggestion of an ex-employee that shared 9U mal business practice and misleading techniques to take student's money and finance the owner Kale's crypto currency endeavors (he started sharing emails regarding the topic). They stopped appearing in videos to the community, stopped advertising and do not respond their emails.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

     

    That's their standard response to send an email to their email address... I've done it so before, many times, and they ignored... I've sent again in response to their response in your portal - nothing again. They have scammed the students and I have reports from other people that reached out to me in the same situation within the FB Nine University students/community group. I just want my refund for the reason of them not fulfilling their part.

    I was persuaded to purchase $6,800 VIP membership with Nine University in July of 2020. At the time of purchase, I was suffering from postpartum depression. I did not know the depth of my depression at the time and my inability to make decisions regarding my finances. A monthly membership for Boost Nine or Fast Track was never offered to me nor did I have knowledge of this option. I was not able to utilize these services and was not able to properly commit to the program due to my illness. Even after some relief and recovery of my depression, I realize that I am still not in a financial or emotional position to commit and fund a FBA. Even if I wanted to now, the business is shutting down and no coaching or resources I paid for are available. I was told that the VIP membership would be guaranteed for life ensuring no timeline to build a FBA.

    As you mentioned in your message, you enrolled in our program in July of 2020.  At enrollment, you signed the Terms of Service that stated and reviewed the refund policy.  Unfortunately, you are past the refund policy period, because it is almost 3 years after enrollment.  Additionally, the refund requirements have not been met.  We want to see you succeed in this business, and we are still here to help guide you!  You are more than welcome to send an email to [email protected] and let us know where you are struggling with your FBA business, so our team can help!
