    Tired of the rude staff. Ate lunch at Flipt with my wife and friend. Our friend found a long hair in her burger. I took the hamburger up to the counter. The lady behind the counter (had a purple bandanna or something wrapped around her head) but her long hair was hanging in the back actually took the hair, held it up and said its a long one. Grabbed the burger. Said go sit while another is made. I told her well done please. When the burger was done I went up to get it. Same nasty lady literally tossed the burger at me and said there. Turned and walked away. The burger was bloody rare. Is anyone managing that restaurant? Not a single person cooking had their hair covered. And , as we were leaving I saw the same nasty lady being rude to an older lady. If you dont like people, get another job!

    I have had many bad experiences with Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh. Now Ive had enough. I am tired of tight slots, having to beg for a drink, rude managers, and a general lack of customer perks. This past weekend, they unplugged all the cash machines that cash out the paper vouchers and give you all your money. They replaced them with cash machines that only give you the paper money and force you to forfeit your change. You have an option to donate your change, but what if you want to keep it. I am saving my change for a vacation in the future with my grandchildren . They get enough!!!

    Rivers Casino Pittsburgh ticket redemption units give two options for the remaining change on a slot ticket. One option is to print a ticket with the remaining change on the ticket which is redeemable at our Cage. The other option is to donate the remaining change to our Rivers Gives program. Thank you.

    Parked here for the Steelers game. $80!!!! I had called prior since I had a minor going with me. I was told that they couldn't go through the casino, which was fine, however we could still park and that they had stairs leading to the outside. I made sure the door leading to the outside was unlocked once we left the parking structure, however, once we walked back, ALL the outside doors were LOCKED. Thank God I had my 73 yr old dad with me, since I had to walk through the casino to get to the garage to the car. They stayed outside while I walked through. Then I walked down the 9 flights of stairs to open the outside door so they could get to the car.. Only for that to take almost 2 HOURS to get OUT of the parking garage. It's a nightmare exiting after a huge event. And don't park there if you have a minor. I was mislead thinking I had open stair access before/after the event since I had a minor, especially for the $80. Ridiculous! & Thank God I had another adult to stay with my child on the streets of Pittsburgh while I had to go through a casino to get my vehicle.
