Pattern of Complaints
BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning Delivery, Refund, and Customer Service. On June 19, 2025, BBB submitted a written request to the company encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints. On June 23, 2025 the BBB received the following response:
Hiphop Heaven has, until recently, operated as a one-person team, which contributed to delays in order fulfillment and customer service response times. Many of our products are made in-house and
handcrafted, which can extend production time—particularly when we experience sudden surges in demand or material delays.
However, we recognize the importance of maintaining timely communication and transparency with our customers. We have recently taken the following steps to eliminate this pattern of complaints:
1. Expanded Customer Service Team: We’ve recently hired a dedicated team to handle customer inquiries, refunds, and tracking updates. This will ensure that all messages are responded to in a timely manner and that no customer is left without support.
2. Updated Order Fulfillment Process: We’ve improved our internal workflow to better track orders, manage timelines for handcrafted products, and ensure accurate shipping estimates are communicated upfront to customers.
3. Refund Guarantee Policy: We have implemented a streamlined refund system that allows any eligible customer to request and receive a refund within 3-5 business days if their order has not shipped within the expected timeframe.
