I placed an order (Order H21778) for a "Yeezus" table from Hiphop Heaven on January 14th, 2025. The shop, run by someone named ******, promised a 26 week delivery window. After hearing nothing for a month, I followed up on February 14th, and he responded that all international orders (I live in ******) would be shipped out the following Monday, with tracking to follow.That was the last real update I received.Weeks passed with no shipping confirmation, no tracking number, and no further communication. In July, I contacted him again and kindly requested a refund, explaining that I couldnt wait any longer and had purchased another table in the meantime. ****** responded very politely, apologized, and said he would issue a refund to my original payment method.That refund never came.Ive followed up since, but have been met with complete silence. No table, no refund, and no further replies. Its now clear that Ive been ********** anyone considering ordering from Hiphop Heaven: please be extremely cautious. While the website and communication might seem professional at first, my experience has been one of broken promises and lost money.I sincerely hope they take responsibility and make this rightbut until then, I strongly advise others to think twice before placing an order.Business Response

I followed up on instagram for a update on 05/26/2025 and received a response, "Gotcha, yeah will make sure to get this resolved for you tomorrow:)" I followed up again on 05/30/2025 and received no response. On 06/02/2025 I tried contacting both on instagram and ******************************* seeking for a refund and there were no response. Completely understand your frustration, and I want to sincerely apologize for the lack of communication and the long delay.
There was unfortunately some miscommunication on our end regarding the status of the bears from our manufacturers. Multiple production delays, combined with unexpected tariffs, forced us to put several projects on hold.
That said, I can now 100% confirm that the Graduation Bears have been received and are currently in the final stages of shipment.
To make up for the delay, were including a free gift in every order as a token of appreciation for your patience and support.

Hello,Hip Hop Heaven offered to refund this order if I reached out via email, which was ******************************** I emailed requesting for a refund on 06/16/2025 and a response was received that night mentioning that if i can provide an order number, they will get it resolved that day. I proceeded to reply with my order number immediately and since then have not received any follow up. I've checked ******* and my credit card for updates and nothing had changed. It has since been 2 days and very similar to the last communication, the business was non responsive after receiving my order number information.

Order was placed on December 14, 2024.Item was never delivered. I tried to contact them via email. It took several emails before they replied. They said they would look into. They never got back to me, I had to email them a few times again. They said they would send another pillow. I never recieved the pillow. I eventually asked for my money back and they said they would refund. The money was never refunded to me, so I emailed them again and they only replied to me after the 2nd or 3rd email. They told me it was refunded, that maybe my bank was holding onto it for a few days before depositing it. They cancelled the order but never gave me my money back.Business Response

I ordered a book from Hip Hop Heaven and it never arrived. I contacted the company multiple times inquiring about the book and no one ever responded. They are a scam company and if you ****** their reviews, you will find that I am not the only person who has been scammed. On November 29, 2024, I ordered a plushie stuffed animal from HipHop Heaven. When December 21, 2024 came and the item hadn't arrived I sent an email to the company at *********************************** to inform them of the problem. I got an immediate request from the company requesting the order number so they could send me tracking information. I sent the order number, H21139, and never heard from them again. I sent a second email on approximately December 24 and still no reply as of today: January 1, 2025. I requested refund information in my emails and have received nothing. The item purchased was $39.00 and charged to my debit account. I'd simply like my money returned as I have never received the item purchased. I am sending an update to my complaint concerning HipHop Heaven. I have attached a copy of an email sent on Jan
2, 2026 in which HipHop Heaven communicated that the purchased item was out for shipping. However upon tracking the item on Jan.9 with the tracking number, **** communicated that it has printed a label but has not received the package so no report on where the purchased package is. (I will also forward the email from HipHop Heaven)

On Saturday, April 15th, 2023, I purchased a mirror totaling $255.00 from the company HipHop Heaven. Attached will be images captured of product expectations, email order confirmation, and website order confirmation. Next, would be my nearly year-long attempt of inquiring about the product I purchased. After months of direct messaging the business page on Instagram, I received a message on August 30th, 2023 reading, "it is showing the order is ready to ship. As soon as I get to my office I'll make sure it gets sent out!". After that message, I never received a shipping confirmation nor heard from the business in any form again even after reaching out via direct message on Instagram and also the listed support email. Hello this is a continuation of Complaint ID #********. When reaching out, I made it known that my card # changed and they confirmed that the refund did not process. They presented the solution of submitting my refund to PayPal, I provided not only my PayPal info but also any other form that I can be refunded. After that, my messages have been read and ignored. Date of Transaction= 12/08/2023 Total Purchase Amount= $314.00 Order Number= 4142 Confirmation #= QL0I8KHNY Details- I placed this order in early December. From the moment of purchase there was very little communication as to any updates/order status other than receiving order confirmation and being charged. I reached out 2x in December to try to get an idea on the timeframe- with no response. The only means of customer support is through email which I utilized many times. By February of hearing nothing I reached out again and asked for a tracking # or a refund. I then received a response and was told the last batch of tables would be sent out that week (this was 02/09). March 7th I inquired again as still no tracking info and no product, again asked for a refund- no response. April 24th I reached out stating I would be reporting this as it seems fraudulent, received a response same day stating my table should have been sent out in February but would get a replacement sent out by end of week or issue a refund.- There has been nothing but constant back & forth on this and it seems as if I was scammed out of $314. I have no way to escalate the issue within the company as the only contact they provide is the same email address. I would like assistance in either getting my money back in full or in receiving the item I paid for. I have attached email chains as point of reference.
