I simply requested more information regarding a program offered by Point Park University and instead was met with a daily barrage of recruiter calls, calls that are disconnected, voicemails with no message, and robot text messages offering no resolution. I am being called multiple times (more than ten) times a day from a single number that when I answer I am immediately disconnected. I have tried calling this school directly to no avail. I am being harassed by these calls. I'm no longer interested in this school and I want these calls to stop.

    Hello *******,

When I submitted my original complaint form, I forgot to submit the voicemail recording I received from Point Park University, so I'm attaching it here. This is another example of how they call, leave empty voicemail, and continually harass with calls. I can't even connect with a real person to unsubscribe from contact.

    My info:
    ***** ****
    ###-###-####
    Case id: ********

If any trouble with attachment, please let me know. Thanks.

    Hello *******,

This university is now reaching out to me on social media channels that I didn't provide to them. See screen shot. Is there any update on this? I feel like they're lying. Something very scammy about this.

Also, again, texting even though I've explicitly requested to stop and unsubscribe.
