    P2 contracting was hired to build out my business location. Work was completed in February of 2022, and they have had ample
    Time and requests to address the items that they did not complete
    Accurately or as per specifications. They installed all of my door frames in the wrong locations, therefore all the closets pulled out multiple times because no blocking was installed in the frames. They attempted to put metal screws through hollow door frames, yet told us we were too hard on them. Doors and door frames are pulling out of the walls, the walls were not insulated per specifications, and as a result, I had a pipe burst in front of a window that wasn't insulated this winter.. In addition, they told me they sealed flooring when they did not, did not anchor any items into the wall correctly, and did not install outdoor turf as specified. To make matters worse, they continuously blame
    Me and my staff for their faulty installations. And they refuse to assist in fixing any of these items. I want them
    To pay to insulate my building as they have already been paid to do, Repair and replace the outdoor turf and install it as they were instructed to do, and stop cutting corners in an attempt to shut me up. I also want them to stand behind their subcontractors And get them to fix their faulty installations. It is going to take me over $200,000 to repair these items correctly; either they do it or I will pursue for damages. I have had to close to repair some
    Of these already, and I've only been open 10 months. It was the worst decision to hire this company, Kurt, the owner, is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with, and I have owned a business for over 20 years.

    *** ************** The above reference case was closed and it stated no response. However, I have been in contact with the contractor, and while they have not issued me a refund, that have been out to rectify most issues. I reached out to notify you of this within a week of the complaint, but somehow that did not get recorded. Please remove this review for this contractor, as they are doing their best to work through the issues at this time. Thank you!
