    To Whom It May Concern, My name is ****** ******. Towards the beginning of this year on March 11th, I purchased a new computer monitor from then **********.COM for school in the amount of $945.00 (Order #**************). A few months later I decided to save some money, therefore canceling my order from **********.COM on May 16th. Since canceling my order with Eve distribution now known by ********** (https://www.**********/) I’ve been given excuse after excuse. I was first told to wait 20 days for my refund to be processed, I obliged. After waiting and receiving no refund, I submitted another support ticket and was told the first was done in error and that I must wait another 20 days. As you can imagine, I received no refund after waiting an additional 20 days. Since then and as recent as this September I submitted support ticket after support ticket trying to resolve this but I have had no luck. After many failed tickets were submitted, It then occurred to me to reach out to my bank to file a claims dispute. After going through the claim process with my bank, I now know why they delayed and pushed false promises of my refund. In October of this year, I was told by my bank my claim fell outside of the dispute timeframe so legally they couldn’t do anything. This company has had more than enough time to process my refund but chose to delay and make up excuses. In all, as to why I didn’t submit a claim earlier. One, It just didn’t occur to me a company would do what ********** did. And two, I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and try to resolve this issue with this merchant. Unfortunately they chose to steal my money with no communication as to a timeframe for my refund. Like most common decent people, I don't have a lot of money to be wasting or for a company to just steal it when they feel like it. This is why I need your help.
