      - Order #14255 placed on May 8, 2023 for $697.25 for a KVM device
      - Device was received, unpacked and setup for use with my computer equipment
      - Could not locate documentation or information to answer my questions regarding the item
      - Determined that the item did not function correctly per my expectations and would not meet my needs
      - Packed up everything that came in the box, got the RMA and shipped it back within their return window per their return policy (see attached FedEx proof of delivery)
      - I purchased another KVM item from them for $426 on May 14th that does meet my needs and have kept
      - Nearly 2 months later from the original date of purchase, my refund on order #14255 has still not been processed
      - They are already past their own 30 day refund processing policy
      - I called on the 30th day to inquire and was told that there was a problem with my item and that it was not in "as new" condition and therefore, would require 2 more weeks of refund processing directly with the manufacturer (Aten)
      - I called and inquired today... a full 2 weeks past the 30 day refund deadline and was told that they are still working on it and are waiting to hear back from the manufacturer with no specific refund date provided
      - They claim my item is not "as new" and therefore is subject to a restocking fee
      - When asked about the restocking fee, they could not provide an answer about why or how much
      - Daniel is the name of the person I have spoken with each time I have contacted them
      - This kind of business dealings are deceitful and unacceptable given the nature of the items they are retailing (customer cannot know everything ahead of time about these technical devices and adequate resources are not provided to inform them, rather they appear to want to trap customers with a strictly interpreted policy and keep their money)
