      Hello, I just attempted to file a complaint online towards a local business. However, I do not believe it went thru? My issue is that I dropped off an old computer to a computer repair shop and they are “Temporarily closed” . I’m not sure what that means but it has been months that they have had my computer.

      Equipment: Apple iMac, 27” All in one home computer Please let me know if you need any additional information. Thank you,

      I dropped off my laptop to have the keyboard cleaned and the battery replaced in August 2022. I paid for services in advance of the battery being ordered for my laptop (a total of $176.53). I was receiving regular communication from the business until the end of October 2022. Since then I have received no contact from the business. I have been calling and leaving messages every 2-3 weeks since early November 2022, with no response. I have tried emailing them (states no email is registered), I have tried their website which has since been taken down. On Jan 26 2023 I reached out to them via google maps as well as their facebook page. I received a response from their facebook account stating that they were working with the magistrate to setup times for people to come and retrieve their equipment. Their facebook page has since been either disabled or deleted. Now when I call their phone number it states the answering service has been turned off. I just want the return of my equipment ($2000 laptop, Asus Zenbook + charger)

       an associate at the business has been in contact with me, and I was able to receive my laptop back today. This is the resolution I wanted, and so I have no further complaints about this business.

      In Fall of 2021, Nick picked up our computer to be reapired and has not returned it. He also claims he ordered two new laptops for us in December 2021 and charged our company credit card $2,500.00 twice on 12-16-21 for a total of $5,000.00. We have never been given these lap tops. Aquilis Computer has charged our card a total of $18,100.83 in 2021 and they refuse to give us any explanation of charges despite my asking for invoices and records since March 0f 2022. I have emailed and texted him requesting an explanation of charges and he refuses to send anything to us. I have attached a copy of all of the charges to our card. I am disputing any charge other than the "$110.21" and "141.23" which were agreed upon monthly service charges, and the charges for the new laptops which we never received.
