On 5/3/24, I purchased two Deluxe VIP tickets for the Four Chord Music Fest in Pittsburgh, PA. Each ticket was $480 (they were running a sale) not including any fees etc.

I received information and advertisements that I would be receiving 1 per ticket of:
    - t shirt
    - commemorative ticket
    - poster

there were no posted times this must be done. When attempting to pick up items, the person at the tent said they had put them again due to rain and handed over a dirty and muddy Hawaiian lei.

I entered a contact on the contact form on the website and messaged the festival on Instagram while at the concert.

I did not hear back and now today I get a mass email about them selling merch online.

I’d like to receive the items I paid for or a fair billing adjustment refund.

This customer has reached out to both the festival (Four Chord Music) & Drusky Entertainment inn regards to this matter. We can confirm that Four Chord Music is in communication via email with this customer to resolve their complaint, as the merchandise mentioned is not part of any general public sale / purchase.

The merchandise offered is exclusive to VIP customers and is being communicated and resolved with the customer online.
