      Sounds like we have had a similar problem. We hired this company to repair the concrete area on our front porch and steps, back in August 2024. After a few months we noticed some cracking in the cement. We contacted the company and they said we would be added to the warranty repair list. After several calls and emails, we have not heard anything since. The last time we tried to call, the message sais their phone was not accepting any calls.

      I cannot get anyone at this company to respond in any way.I have sent to both email addresses that I have been given and get no response.When I call the number listed on their website, it transfers to voice mail, which then says that the mailbox is full and not accepting any further calls.

      7/03/2024 Resurface the porch surface using Ardex concrete dressing , then seal the surface! At present it is cracked & flaking & entire porch has to be redone!

      In April of 2023, A+ Concrete completed a repair on my driveway to demo and replace 4 concrete pads in my driveway. During the job, the contractor informed us the wrong concrete was delivered (use hot water instead of cold, causing issues due to drying quickly) but was used for the job anyway. When the concrete was delivered, the concrete truck backed up too far into the driveway, resulting in damage to one of the pads not scheduled for replacement. I contacted A+ about this issue, the operations manager came to my house, and they agreed to demo and repair the damaged pad at no cost. At the time of visit I also discussed issues with cleanliness of the job and he agreed to have his team power wash/grind out the roughness. I agreed at the time of the first visit that we were comfortable with having it done when we could fit into the schedule. We waited for communication back, placed a call at one point to follow up and were told again that we would be fit into the schedule as soon as possible. I followed up with an email in January 2024 to put the issue back on the radar and ask about replacement of the damaged pad. A+ responded and assured we were on the radar and would be scheduled as weather got better. I also brought up a new issue with the prior 4 pads replaced and showed photos of divots in the concrete that had formed. I was concerned about the wrong concrete being used at the time. Operations manager came to my house to review and discuss 3/11. During that conversation it was agreed we would be added to the schedule and they would seal over the prior 4 pads as well as replace the damaged pad remaining. As of July 24, 2024 I have not heard anything back from the company and was never put on the schedule. Based on concerns with the original job, the state of the concrete after less than a year, and the lack of communication I am no longer interested in working with this company and requesting a refund for the full job to find another company.
