    I, ****** ******* went to remove wallpaper and paint a bedroom in unit 216. I took two ladders, and when I arrived at the apartment and placed the ladders on the floor, the resident became very nervous. She repeatedly told me not to do that and insisted that under no circumstances was I allowed to put anything on the hallway floor. I didn't understand at first, but as I continued bringing tools upstairs, I met the maintenance guy and began to understand the concerns and frustrations of the senior residents. It was one of the most stressful three days of my life. By the end of the last day, when I picked up my employee, he was visibly upset and nearly in tears from the psychological and emotional stress caused by the maintenance guy. If your parents live in this building, I strongly encourage you to have a conversation with them and other senior residents to understand the challenges and stress they are experiencing under this management.
