Original date of work - November 7 2019. Verbal 5 year warranty from owner Scott F*********. Paid check in the amount of $1,250.00 initial deposit and remaining $1,425.00 ***** ***** Total paid $2,675.00. He replaced the entire side of my home with vinyl siding. Since that time it has come down in different areas 5 times. He did come out twice to reattach but ever since he has not returned calls or texts. Every time there is a the slightest amount of wind my siding blows off. I want either a refund of my money or for him to come back and reattach my siding. The last time I had to have another company come and reattach 2 pieces that I had to pay for. That is not fair. This guy is nothing but a swindler.

**** we never told you that there is a 5-year warranty first of all. The original problem you had was that your siding kept blowing off. You said that it was old and needed to be replaced. We did what you asked. I told you being that you are an end unit, you get more wind than the rest of the units. But we did come out and fix the siding the first 2 times in 2019 because we thought maybe there was an error on our part. However, now it is 4 years later. There were no problems over the last 4 years. We have had severe rain/windstorms over the last couple of months. I haven't heard from you in years and now that we had these windstorms you are trying to blame the problems on us. We are not coming back out to help you. We did the job you asked us to do, and we got paid to do that job. There are no refunds. There is going to another SEVERE windstorm this Friday, March 31st. I suggest whoever you call to come out and fix your siding. You call them after Friday. Natural disasters happen and that's exactly has happened here. Goodluck.   Tell us why here...

In regards to my complaint ********* the company's response was a joke and a lie. He did tell me he would guarantee my siding for 5 years, but that is on me and my fault that I accepted his verbal agreement. And the part he said nothing has happened in 4 years, that is an out and out lie. I have several text messages going back and forth of all the times my siding came loose. It happened at least 4 times before this past episode. He just ignored the last 2 times. I can supply all the text messages as proof that my siding came loose so many times since he resided it. Yes, it was windy but why am I the only one in the neighborhood with loose shingles!!! And my siding was new!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Sincerely,

      *** **********

In Aug I hired Fitzgerald Home Improvements to install a new shower in my bathroom. This is now November and the finishing work is still not completed. Almost everything had to be redone because the work was not done correctly the first time. The shower walls were not installed correctly, the dry wall not sanded correctly was left pitted and blemished. They put up molding but used casing instead, the corners were not mitered correctly and filled with lots of caulking. So much caulking was used around the shower that it ran all over the new walls of the shower and they spent a day buffing it out. The work was so poorly done they hired a new people to try and fix all the errors It has been 2 months now and work is still not completed they tell me they are coming to finish and always have excuses why they are not coming. It seems I had to take a back seat to other jobs that he had in the works before he can finish this job. The owner has not been very helpful not over seeing his workers on the job telling them I complain. I have even caught him in a few lies to me about being out of town and didn't give me the correct shower pan I asked for and I know they make them because I investigated everything before hand. It was my fault for not demanding him come and look at the work before final payment. He has not been to my house since work was started in Aug.to look at this mess I was left with. He sends multiple people who only work a day or two and never really finish what they start. I paid over $10,000 to this company and could not recommend this company to anyone because of their workmanship and I don't believe half of the workers knew what they were doing. I feel I am a single older women and I was taken advantage of I am just hoping this project gets completed or I will have to hire someone else to finish.

This customer does have every right to complain. The job did indeed take a lot longer to finish then originally agreed upon. First, I hired 2 new employees that completely lied about everything they knew. I was not aware they were not the professional in the industry we are in until after the fact. As far as the shower pan is concerned. We never said that there wasn't the size she wanted, we said that it had to be ordered and she didn't want to wait. She ended up agreeing to the slightly smaller size shower pan because of the wait. The customer also ordered a shower door that did not fit. It was delivered and did not fit in her vehicle. Nor did she have the manpower to take it back. I personally took her and the door back to Sam's Club in my truck with the customer so that she could get a refund and not be out of any monies. I explained to the customer that when the project was finished the first time, and not finished correctly, that I would absolutely have the entire thing redone. Which yes, I did have new guys come in. They were experienced guys that did know what they were doing. They did indeed redo the entire bathroom and the customer is now very happy. But unfortunately, once a complaint is filed it cannot be taken back. As far as lying about being out of town and not coming to the job to watch over my guys. I had one of my employees get into an accident in one of my vehicles a few days after we started. So, we were now down a vehicle. Which of course pushed us back on all jobs. I couldn't now get to all the jobs everyday as I usually am. I also couldn't get all the supplies to all the jobs as fast as I normally do. Not only that but I was definitely out of town for training for 1 of the weeks, and not only that I had covid 3 weeks ago and the customer knew this. In fact, she had asked that I not come around to get anyone sick. Although when me and my son came out to do the extra work she added in once my guys were already started on the bathroom, there were no complaints to me at the time, so I did not know it was not going so well. Indeed, this project did not go as smoothly as I, or the customer would have liked. I never in my life had so many things happen in my business in 4 years in a short period of time and almost bankrupt me. But we did indeed pull thru, the customer's bathroom came out amazing and the customer in the end is very satisfied. She got a lot of extras that I paid for out of my pocket to try to compensate for the first job being done poorly. But it unfortunately was not completed until after the complaint was filed. I made the best of the situation with the unfortunate events that occurred. I am not proud about the time frame it took. But the fact is that we did indeed finish this project as of 11/11/2022 and the customer is now very happy.

Yes, the job is completed not the way I would want a job to look if it was my company but I am doing the touch ups myself
and how does he know I am happy he hasn't talked to me in weeks. How does he even know what the bathroom looks
like he hasn't been here since the end of Aug to review anything even the final work. His excuses were lame. Honesty is the
best integrity. I only bought the shower door since he said it would fit and it didn't he did help me take it back and I appreciated it.
It wasn't the size of the shower pan it was the floor that I wanted textured so not to slip. I believe he bought the cheapest shower he could
and I know because I priced them. I also paid for the extra jobs that were done like buying the flooring and
paying extra to be installed. I know he said he had covid but he wasn't the one showing up to work or oversee the job.
I am just done with this disaster and moving on and I would not recommend this company for anything.
