    Called Roofs R Us, Ricky A****, at the end of 2021 which was winter time for a quote on roof repairs, he verbally quoted $4000. I declined. He then called back and offered $3000 and cash only to make all repairs and build a cricket. I agreed over the phone and he said he would bring the proposal with an itemized list for the cost of materials and labor and will provide before and after pictures and certificate of insurance. He said it was an all day job. He arrives and said forgot proposal and said he’d get it at lunch time. He then finished in 3 hours and said he would email it to me. I trusted him and boy was I wrong! I then find out he didn’t do all repairs as promised or build a cricket. I requested half back since I thought he repaired the main leaking areas. He gave $1500 back which left of him being paid $1500 for 3 hours that he was here. I was not able to tell if the roof leaked after the repair because it was in the Winter months he was here. Once Spring arrived and rain storms came, the roof started leaking but only worse. He did not repair it at all. I have talked to him and he refuses to refund and will not provide me with any before and after photos, receipts or materials he used or purchased. I am requesting my money back of $1500 so I can get it repaired as it is causing more damage inside. I would like the before and after pictures to show what he did, the receipts for the materials he claimed what was needed and used, copy of the in force insurance policy for the date worked on roof.
