    My advice to anyone attempting to use the Regis (now **** accounting group): DON'T. Uncommunicative, uncaring, incompetent. They had our taxes for over two months and did absolutely NOTHING. ******************* never returned phone calls, nor did owner *******************. Despite handing our information over in JULY, she told us the delay was because of corporate taxes with a SEPTEMBER deadline, telling us everything we needed to know about their priorities. We were prepared to use this firm for our taxes every year, individual and business, and an estate as well, so I hope they read about the business they lost. Save yourself some frustration and find an accounting firm who cares about their individual clients.
