On May 3, 2016 BBB requested from the company the following: a list of all companies that are owned by Matthew Fowkes; proof of registration for said companies with the Pennsylvania Department of State, Division of Corporations; the names of all principals and their positions in the companies; the names, addresses and websites of all affiliates/partners/wholesalers; and what is the company’s relationship with New Benefits, LTD.
BBB also requested an explanation about the business model of getting authorized agents to market the prescription cards along with copies of contracts, agreements and any costs associated with becoming an authorized agent?
As of May 13, 2016 the company has failed to reply to BBB’s requests.
