    October 13 2024 I received $2000 refund from affordable dentures. They copied my bank account to refund the rest in October 15 2024 .the ******was never refund ded.I called several times and left messages but no one ever called back.when I finally did get an answer she told me not yo speak to her that way and hung up on me.

    Patient called practice on  12/12/2024 requesting a refund due to payment type, the staff was able to give a partial refund at that time, Yes Mrs. **** was to get the remaining funds on the 15th of December however the front office staff that she had spoken with was not in the office that day, afterwards the office was closed down for several weeks for the Holidays, When staff returned to the office, their  had been over a hundred phone messages to be returned, on January 6, 2025 Mrs. *** called being very rude and was ask not to speak to the staff in that manner and if she could speak in a more respectful manner, but she continue to be rude and the staff member advised her once again  Mrs. Ely  that she would look into it and ended the call. Patient has been fully refunded.  $2941.20
