    I started this journey in May of 2023. Knowing I could not afford this, they had me take out two loans. One for $10,000 and one for $20,000. I got both the upper and lower arch and still owe them another $22,000 dollars They dont even give you a full set of teeth right after surgery. I switch the teeth to a cheaper Acrylic an do this i still owe them $8,000 as opposed to the $22,000. With that being said I have had a roller coaster of emotion on my journey....at my 2 week appointment things were going well except for one implant i mentioned it to them and they said to give it some time. I went back 4 months later(not able to move to phase two cause I didn't have the rest paid for) and still having trouble with the one implant they scanned me and took x-rays and said everything was fine. It wasn't I continued to have problems and even got an antibiotic to see if that would help. it did temporarily. I called and made an appointment after a very long extensive email to my one saving grace ***** ********. They contacted me after that to schedule an appointment. I went and of course they scanned me and did x-rays again and this time same implant found something that later led me to another surgery to move and replace that implant. I never saw the doctor who did my surgery on that day before or after the surgery. NOT HAPPY AT THIS POINT!!!! Lets talk about all the negative changes that happened after surgery that was not disclosed to me: Not able to eat(this is 10 months after) with out having my hand in front of my mouth for fear of embarrassment...You are not able to chew well at all no matter what it is. I have had one ulcer after another constant from the time i have had this done. It changes you mental and physical outlooks drastically. They are very hard to keep clean Your mouth is so dry and you lip is always sticking to your teeth you will have trouble talking saliva pools under the tongue. So much more to tell but i have run out of characters. Think long and hard

    I would not give any stars if possible. All I want to say is make sure you get more than 1 consultation. Also know that the 1000 dollars you pay for X-rays ,models etc will not ever be refunded.

    I have been in pain and discomfort and not having chewing ability since I started with them a year and a half ago. I had so much hope and paid so much money for pain and discomfort.
